Defective or Damaged Items: 

If you received a damaged or defective item from us or the wrong items(s) is sent to you, you will not be responsible for return shipping charges and we will not charge any other fee in connection with the return. In addition, you will receive a full return and/or exchange for the item(s). 

To obtain a refund, the item(s) must be returned to us, unopened (unless the item was received by you in a defective or damaged condition) and in its original packaging with all accessories, within 30 days of the date upon which we provided the item to the carrier for shipment to you or on the reciept/invoice provided. 

Damaged or defective items returned without their original packaging will not receive a refund. 

The item must have been purchased from Sure Biometrics, LLC and/or on our site.

CPR Wrap is available in infant, child and adult sizes. Correct size must be used. CPR Wrap is made with PVC, a medical-grade plastic, and a mouthpiece that is sanitary and ready to use. The adult CPR Wrap is 15″ wide by 31.5″ high. The product can be AED compatible and stored with a defibrillator.*

CPR Wrap and Sure Biometrics, LLC  is not liable to prevent death in all circumstances. CPRWrap does not replace or claim to replace necessary treatment by a medical professional. During CPR Wrap use, it is advised to seek medical assistance when possible. After CPR Wrap use, it is advised to seek medical assistance for follow-up care.
